You are welcome to come to yoga at the Aishling Center on Mclean Avenue(across from St. Barnabas).
We meet three times a week:
Tuesday: 7:30 to 8:45
Wednesday: 6:30 to 7:45
Thursdays: 7:30 to 8:45
Each sessions has a $5 contribution and you need to bring a yoga mat. It is open level. Tuesdays and Wednesdays incorporate a lot of pilates style movements while Thursday is basic vinyasa with emphasis on form and breathe. All are fabulous.
The Aishling Center also has kickboxing for the more intense exercise seekers.
