Post Memorable pictures of Woodlawn
What are the sights that remind you most of Woodlawn?  Is it a mental picture of Katonah Avenue lined with its businesses?  Or maybe it's Van Cortlandt Park?   St. Barnabas Church? McLean Avenue?   Confused

Please help me in making this website better with submissions of your stories or pictures of Woodlawn, both past and present.

If you have any photos of Woodlawn that you'd like to contribute, please e-mail them to webmaster@woodlawnnyc.com

Thanks.

I have some pics of Louie's Deli/Soda Shop from the mid 70's.  I must scan them.  For those new Woodlawners, Louie's turned into Gilly and Jenny's, turned Colleen's, turned City Line Diner, turned God knows what.  There was also a barber shop there, Emilio's.  DHL was The Woodlean(not woodlawn) Boy's Club at the time.  While I'm hot, does anyone remember Dazzling Discounts?  How about that raggy Laundromat next to Annie's Corner with video game and dirty magazines?  Momma Lisa's!  Nino's Pizza.  The wireless store was a K of C once.
