A lowlife is going around climbing in people's windows and taking whatever is available. One incident happened on Martha at 8:00 a.m. in the morning Sunday while the elderly person was home. It seems to be a crime of opportunity so watch all your open windows and doors. Maybe we could have some guys leave a window open and wait to greet this lowlife in the proper manner.
