My lovely girlfriend Gina and I co-manage an apartment building in the NYC area.  While we're generally able to keep up with most of the maintenance-related work required when "flipping" an apartment, we often require some outside help.  That being said, we're trying to line up some NYC carpet cleaners that may be interested in providing carpet cleaning services for our building.  Most of the work would consist of hallway and entry way carpets.  However, we would most likely have the carpets within any apartment which was vacant at the time cleaned as well.  Therefore, if anyone within this forum has a suggestion as to where we could find some good, reliable carpet cleaners, please let me know.  Thanks!
