Does anyone associated with this forum have a recommendation/referral for any NYC roofing contractors?  The apartment building I co-manage has a flat, "hot tar" type roof which we would like to have refurbished this summer.  Consequently, we're looking for qualified contractors from whom we can solicit cost estimates.  We need contractors who are licensed, bonded, and capable of completing commercial projects in a timely, cost effective manner.  Therefore, if anyone has any suggestions as to a roofing contractor that can possibly satisfy our requirements, please let me know.  Thanks!
