I'm new to the Houston area and I notice a lot the home prices range from $70,000 to $150,000 for something fairly decent but
What is the deal with the Heights? homes in that area running $300,000 and it looks nasty like a ghetto, half the residents don't speak english either. Honestly you can get a new house in the suburban areas like the Woodlands for $120,000 I don't understand it
